Secret Escapes are non-refundable. Once your Escape has been booked and payment has been received, the booking is considered final and payments cannot be refunded.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests for date or traveler-name changes, but changes are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis based on the specific flights, accommodations, experiences, and other travel arrangements involved. Additional fees or supplier restrictions may apply.

Because each Secret Escape is individually curated and arrangements may be subject to third-party supplier policies, Hidden Tide Traveling cannot guarantee that changes, transfers, or modifications will be possible after booking.

Travel insurance is highly recommended to help protect your trip against eligible unforeseen circumstances. Travel insurance is available through Hidden Tide Traveling and may be requested when booking your Escape.
